SOUL GODDESS

What shapes a life
Over the years, I began to notice that many of the challenges people brought to me could not be fully explained by their current circumstances alone.
A recurring relationship pattern.
Difficulty being seen.
An inability to move beyond a particular level of success.
A persistent feeling of being stuck despite years of personal growth.
What appeared on the surface was rarely the whole story.
Again and again, I found that people's lives were being shaped by influences beyond their conscious awareness — the relationship they had with their mother or father, early life experiences, family roles, and inherited expectations around love, success, belonging, visibility, and safety.
These influences do not determine our future, but they often shape what feels familiar, what feels possible, and what continues to repeat itself.
My work is not simply about understanding why a pattern exists.
It is about identifying what continues to recreate it.
Because insight can explain an experience.
Yet understanding alone does not always change it.
The work creates space for deeper resolution, allowing new possibilities to emerge where repetition once existed.

Before I could help others understand these patterns, I had to learn to recognise them within myself.

The Work
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by what shapes a person's experience of life.
Why two people can live through similar circumstances and emerge with entirely different beliefs about themselves, others, and what is possible.
Why some patterns seem to repeat despite our best efforts to change them.
Why insight alone can sometimes leave us exactly where we started.
This fascination led me down many different paths.
Through years of personal exploration, professional training, wellness, meditation, human behaviour, relationships, and the study of the forces that influence how we think, feel, choose, and relate.
Alongside this, my work as a professional singer and performer gave me a unique perspective on expression, visibility, identity, and what it means to be truly seen.
Over time, these seemingly different worlds began to converge.
What emerged was not a method or formula, but a way of seeing.
An understanding that many of the challenges people face cannot be fully understood by looking only at the surface of their lives.
That beneath every recurring pattern, relationship dynamic, limitation, or turning point is often something asking to be seen, understood, and resolved.
Today, this understanding forms the foundation of my work.
Helping people recognise what has been shaping their experience, resolve what no longer serves them, and create a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

BACKGROUND
I studied business, branding, and advertising psychology at the University of London while moving through the worlds of music, voice, wellness, creative direction, and transformational work.
From a young age, I was immersed in meditation and deeper spiritual inquiry through time spent in ashrams in India alongside my father. These early experiences sparked a lifelong exploration into human behaviour, identity, relationships, emotional healing, and the forces that influence the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Raised between academic, entrepreneurial, and spiritual environments, I learned early on that meaningful change cannot be understood through a single lens.
Over the years, I have had the unusual privilege of observing human experience through many different perspectives — as a performer, practitioner, interviewer, business owner, and guide.
Alongside private client work, I have hosted and facilitated large-scale conversations and events featuring hundreds of authors, practitioners, musicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from around the world.
These experiences have deepened a perspective that now sits at the heart of my work:
An ability to recognise the underlying influences shaping a person's experience long before they become fully visible.
People often arrive believing they have a relationship problem, a visibility problem, a business problem, or a difficult decision to make.
Yet what is revealed is often something far more fundamental.
A pattern. An adaptation. An inherited expectation. A loyalty.
A way of relating that has quietly shaped what feels possible, what feels safe, and what continues to repeat.
Today, my work is known for its depth, precision, and unusual ability to recognise the underlying patterns shaping a person's experience — alongside a grounded understanding of relationships, identity, visibility, leadership, business, and the complexities of modern life.

WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
You need to be met accurately.
You do not need more advice.
This work is for women who have already invested deeply in their own growth.
Women who understand themselves well, yet still find themselves returning to the same questions.
Why do I feel familiar emotions, despite choosing different paths?
Why does part of me pull back every time life asks me to expand?
Why does the life I have built no longer feel like the life I want to live?
Often, the women who find their way here are not lacking awareness.
They are lacking resolution.
They have read the books.

Attended the retreats.
Done the therapy.
Built the business.
Created the life
.Yet something remains unfinished.
A part of life that never seems to move in the way they know it could.
This work is for women who are no longer interested in endlessly analyzing themselves.
Women who are ready to understand what has been shaping their experience, resolve what no longer belongs in it, and move forward with greater freedom, self-trust, clarity, and choice.
Because they are ready for a different experience of life.
