Sacred Commitment & Energetic Integrity Policy

Due to the deeply transformational and energetic nature of our offerings, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

This policy applies to:
— 1:1 healing, coaching, and mentorship sessions
— Digital programs, courses, activations, and meditations
— Event tickets, masterclasses, and live or virtual experiences

​

From the moment you say “yes,” the container begins. Energetic preparation, transmission, and alignment are set in motion — often long before our session or event even begins. Your commitment is part of the alchemy.

​

We ask that you honour this sacred exchange with full presence, knowing that your soul led you here for a reason. Our spaces are not casual offerings — they are portals for lasting transformation, designed to meet those ready to receive at the frequency of personal power, sovereignty, and responsibility.

Disclaimer

​

All coaching and healing services are for personal growth and spiritual support only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial treatment. Results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on your openness and engagement with the process.

Rescheduling & Pausing

​

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. I will always do my best to accommodate changes where possible. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited at my discretion.

​

Pausing: If life circumstances arise, you may request to pause your sessions. Pauses are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at my discretion for up to 12 months. This is intended as support, not as a cancellation of your overall commitment.

​

If you are on a payment plan, please note that all instalments remain due on the originally agreed dates regardless of any pause. Payment plans are a method of dividing the full investment into smaller instalments and do not operate as subscriptions that can be cancelled or frozen.

Unexpected Events

​

If unforeseen circumstances outside of my control (such as illness, family emergency, or technical issues) prevent a session, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time.

​

Investment Plans

​

If you choose an instalment plan, this is a commitment to the full investment. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled; it is simply a way to space out the cost. All instalments remain due even if you pause, reschedule, or choose to discontinue early.

Participation & Responsibility

​

Your transformation depends on your willingness to engage with the process. I will show up fully for you, and I ask that you meet the work with openness, curiosity, and respect. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results both inside and outside of our sessions.

​

Not Presently Able to Engage

​

Sometimes, despite best intentions, a client may not feel able to engage with the process. This may look like:

  • Repeated cancellations or non-attendance without prior notice

  • Refusal to engage with guidance or practices

  • Consistent lack of participation or withdrawal from the work

  • Highly reactive or confrontational behaviour that disrupts the container

These behaviours directly affect the results of the work.

I am always open to respectful feedback and will do my best to adapt the process so it feels supportive. If challenges arise, we will first explore ways to move forward together.

​

However, if after these efforts it becomes clear that the process cannot continue productively, I reserve the right to discontinue services. In such cases, instead of issuing a refund for remaining sessions, any remaining balance from your contribution — after reasonable deductions for time, administrative fees, and applicable taxes — will be donated to an animal or nature charity. This ensures that our energetic investment continues to ripple outward in service to life and the Earth. While still holding the integrity of our agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t attend the live session or event?
If it’s a digital event or session, replays or rescheduling may be offered where possible. You’re welcome to reach out to our team to explore options — we want you to receive the value in a way that supports your rhythm.

Do you ever offer credits or transfers?
In some special circumstances, a partial credit may be offered toward future programs. This is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case. We deeply encourage tuning into your intuitive “yes” before purchasing.

Why don’t you offer refunds like other businesses?
Because this work goes beyond the material. We don’t just deliver content — we hold energetic space, channel transmissions, and co-create in real time with your field. This work is sacred and personal. Once entered, it cannot be returned.
